This graph is very instructive.  It shows the effect of militarily enforced intervention.  It’s not logistic, as the total infected is less than 100k while the population is greater than 1.4 billion.  The epidemic was significantly contained 50 days from the time the crisis was recognized.  I think this metric will be a valid measure of the political effectiveness of succeeding governments.  The break at day 27 is due to including symptomatic in addition to tested cases.
